As a child I was fascinated when I would read about the Romans and the things that they had accomplished in their empire. There was something really interesting about the beautiful stonework they were able to accomplish with tools and technology much less than what we have available. During those days of reading I told myself that one day I would travel and see Roman ruins for myself so that I could walk on the same stones that they had. I was thrilled when a friend told me that she was going to Jerash to see the Roman ruins there and asked me if I wanted to go with her. It seemed like a chance to finally get to see all of the things that I had been dreaming about ever since I was a child. It was an amazing trip and I loved all of the exploring that I got to do.

Brussels Hotels Near the City Centre
Today we learned that the sales team will be making a trip to the Belgian office later on this year, and I’m in charge of finding the accomodation. I’ve been looking at Brussels hotels all morning, hoping to find something really nice that the team will enjoy. A Completely Refreshed Feeling for Me
I think I had an inkling about the fact that the Koh Samui spa I was going to attend would be incredibly refreshing, but I had no idea just how refreshing it would truly be. My body was so sore going into that trip, and now I feel like I’m floating on air as I sit on the ride home. I want to go back, but I know that I’m just going to have to take elements of that spa trip and try to replicate them as best as possible in my life. We did a lot of work with general massage, and then massage that focused on specific body parts where I was holding tension. Then, we did a lot of work with the skin, and I can’t tell you how open my pores felt after that. I literally felt years younger, and like I could take on the world. I love that feeling, and it’s definitely something that I want to replicate once again at home.

I have been hounding my wife to go on a vacation with me for the longest time, but she insists she would not have a good time with me since we have been fighting a lot lately. I am glad that my mom is coming over. I am looking to get an SUV service in Maryland to take us around town because I think that we should be able to have a little fun while she is here. I have finally decided to have my wedding Thailand adventure next year. I definitely think that a year’s notice can give enough time in advance for people who are interested in doing it with us.
